My Reflection 2016

In 2016, I made a big decision in my life. I moved to Jakarta. Actually, I had a good job at that time, I was teaching at several schools and also at an English course in Banda Aceh. Moving to Jakarta was not easy for me because I had to leave my job, my best friends, and especially my family.
When I decided to move to Jakarta, I was thinking about pursuing my dream. I know that everybody have dreams that they want to achieve, have goals that they want to accomplish, I just thought that staying in Banda Aceh would take too much time to make my dream come true. I had to leave Banda Aceh to start a new life, a new habit, and of course, a new job.
I am teaching at NF now. It’s one of the biggest Bimbel (shadow education) in Jakarta. I work for forty hours in a week. I have a very tight schedule. I go to work in the morning and go home at night. To be honest, I have good income here. Even so, I am not focusing on my earning because I am still young. I need to improve my skill, increase my knowledge, so that I will be better than before coming to Jakarta.

I really enjoy teaching in Jakarta. I met many smart students and great teachers from all over Indonesia. I made many new friends here. I learn from them. We shared our experience, talked about interesting things, like culture, languages, foods, and many more. Moving to Jakarta was the best decision I made in 2016. I hope 2017 will also my best year...

Best Friends Never End and Always Forever

Friendships are one of the most important things you can get out of life. It’s something that everyone has to have because without it we would all go insane. Just think if no one talked to each other and we never made friends, this world would be a ticking time bomb. Studies say human need friendships and love to survive. So friendship is a big part of your life.
There is no real definition of friendship, because there’s no one way you can define it. Friendships can mean many different things, depending on the person. Friendship to you may be your boyfriend or your mom. To someone else it may be their cousin or someone they met on at school. It can take you a long time to consider someone your friend. Maybe you have to get to know them before you become their friend. Some people have had very bad experiences with friendships and may be scared to become friends with someone to fast. So it may take some time for some people to make friends. Maybe you can become friends with someone a couple of day after ya’ll meet.
Part of being a best friend is listening. Often friends seek advice or words to comfort him or her, but sometimes not saying anything shows the mark of a best friend. By discarding lengthy speeches and simply listening attentively, I can truly focus on my friend. Actively watching for subtle changes in emotion, flickers of internal thought, and facial expressions allows me to delve into my friend’s situation. I simply allow myself to be infused by his or her story, whether it is a tale of a major success or heavy burden he or she needs to let out. It is then when apathy consumes me and I can try to feel what they are going through.

Somehow I knew we would be friends. We'd have our fights, our ups and downs... but when the big things came along, we could work any thing out. We'd fight over guys... then laugh it off, because we learned it wasn't worth it... We knew that our friendship would make it through anything. It feels like we've been friends forever, even though its only been a short time. But no matter what,  you've always been there when I  needed you the most, and I love you to death for it.

Throughout life you will meet one person who is unlike any other.  This person is one you could forever talk to. They understand you in a way that  no one else does or even could. This person is your soul mate, your best friend.  Don’t ever let them go, for they’re your guardian angel sent from heaven  above.

Sometimes in life, you find a special friend. Someone who changes your life just by being part of it. Someone who makes you  laugh until you can't stop. Someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world. Someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it. This is forever friendship. When you're down and the world seems dark and empty, your forever friend lifts you up in spirit and makes that dark and empty world suddenly seem bright and full. Your forever friend gets you through the hard times, the sad times and the confused times. If you turn and walk away, your forever friend follows. If you lose your way, your forever friend guides you and cheers you on. Your forever friend holds your hand and tells you that everything is going to be okay. And if you find such a friend, you feel happy and complete because you need not worry. You have a forever friend, and forever...has no end.

I couldn't tell you why we're best friends, because you wouldn't understand. The explanation is full of too many inside jokes and made up words. It's full of too  much care and too many tears. Too many laughs and too many blonde moments. I  don't think I will ever be able to give you a better reason, lol.
Thank You

My Graduation Day August 28th, 2015

Dear mom! Thank you for all you have done for me. I am certainly would not be where i am today without your love, support, hard-work, and understanding. your inner strenght inspires and pushes me to constantly do better. You have been always there whenever i needed someone to lean on through all of life's trials and i will be eternally grateful for that and your continued support as i begin this new chapter in my life. i hope you are proud of me and i promise... thing will only get  better.

This is a photo of me with my brother. He is the best brother that I ever have. The only one brother, and the only best friend that always can be trusted. There is no better friend then a Brother, and there is no better Brother than you.

These two guys  standing beside me are the best among my friends. They are always there when I need their help. I could never be able to reply their deed, may the almighty God reward them with heaven, aminn.
Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while and leave footprints on our hearts. There’s something about a best friend that cannot be duplicated. Everyone has their own definition of what their own best friend is like and what an impact he or she has made in their life.
Being a best friend is more than someone that you’ve seen everyday and grown up with. A best friend can be someone with whom you’ve known since childhood but can also be someone that you’ve just met, and similar to “love at first sight,” you just click with. The true definition of a best friend is someone that knows you inside out and would go to the ends of the earth for you. Through thick and thin, a best friend supports you and helps you through tough times. A best friend does not back away from you when you think you’ve lost it. Those are the times that a best friend is always there for. A best friend is someone with whom you’ve shared your most intimate secrets with, and laughed the loudest. they have seen you at your worst, and helped you be your best.
It’s hard to find a friend like that. You may just have good friends that you can count on sometimes, but to be dependable on a person and knowing they will be there for you, it’s hard to find someone like that. Without them I would not be as happy as I am now. We have so many inside jokes that nobody would understand unless they were there, or if they were just us! Not everyone gets our stupid jokes, and they might think that there immature and childish, but together we make them funny and get a good laugh out of it! Thanks for being my best friends Ahda and Akmal Hanif…

The man in graduation gown is my cousin. He is my relative and also my best friend in my hometown. He knows me best.
Today is a day which I will remember for the rest of my life. This is not the end for us, but really just the beginning. Come fall I'll be leaving this town, for the first time, and living out on my own. I'm scared. Everything is going to be new, the town, the school, and the classmates. I've known most of you my whole life and this is all I've ever known. We've watched each other grow up, and helped each other learn about life. Thank you, all of you. I don't think I could have made it this far without the help of my family, friends and teachers.

My friends have been like my family. I grew up with them, and they taught me ways of life. I spent the most time with my friends, did things I should have and even things I shouldn't but I learned a lot, and wouldn't take anything back. I had fun doing what I did and I'm glad I never got caught, well most of the time. But now its time for me to get in more trouble, cause more drama and finally figure it all out on my own. I want more then anything to take you all with me, but I don't think I can. For you two have your own lives to live. I wish all of you the best of luck and I hope you all do well. Some of us will continue study, some of us will travel, or some will just stay here, what ever you do just follow your dreams and make sure your happy doing it.

Going to Singgah Mata, Laweung, Aceh, Indonesia

Last month, during my semester break, I had time to go around my hometown. Luckily, on that afternoon, my cousin and I got an idea to go to Singgahmata. It was not really far from my hometown Padang Tiji. So, we went there by mot orbike. This picture was taken by my cell phone. I set automatic capture.
At first, we just went along the road without having any plan. But while we were travelling, we spotted a jambee kleng tree with a lot of ripe fruit. It really arouse my appetite. I had never tasted for quite some time since I went to banda Aceh for study. I really enjoyed that moment picking Jambee Keleng from its fruit.

While we were picking the fruit, nobody was there. I was worried  that some people would come up and claimed that the jambe kleng tree was theirs. My cousin told me that I should not be worried because the tree belonged to nobody. I was doubt at the beginning but then I enjoyed picking and eating jambe kleeng at the same time.

I forgot to tell you something; the tree was nearby sea shore and the view was amazing. We can see a lot of hills and the sea as well. If i dropped the fruit it would fall on the water. It was so close to the seashore. The tree grows almost in the sea.

No wonder, it bears so much fruits. On that afternoon, I ate a bail of jambee kleng. It made my tongue blue.
After picking about two plastic bag of jambe kleeng fruit, we decided to go home. Guess what, on the way going home, we got flat tire. it really killed me. i had to drag my motor cycle so far.

While I was dragging my motor bike, a girl offered to help. She thought that we ran out of gasoline, but then I told her that  actually we got a flat tire.

Living in the Country Side

Do you like living in the city? Of course, some people might say yes. As we can see, there are more opportunities for people to progress in their lives. There are a lot of facilities for people in the city and they have more opportunities for making money. Children living in the city can get a good education, because there are better schools in the town than in the village. When a person falls ill there are good government and private hospital in the city to get treatment. There are large shops, banks, offices, cinemas, hostels, clubs, hospitals etc. in and around the city. People in the city have better transport facilities than the village. There is electricity, highway, communication, telecommunication, plumb facilities in the city. By considering those points, So people can lead a comfortable and enjoyable fife in the city.
Although living in the city has many advantages there are some disadvantages too. The cost of living is very high in the city. Most goods are very expensive. There is no fresh air and pure water. The environment is polluted with dust, smoke, garbage and dioxide gases from factories. Most of the people who live in the city are corrupted. So there are lots of crimes in the city. Many thefts and murders often take place in the city. The city is always busy and noisy. There are a lot of vehicles and people in the road. The streets are dusty and unclean. So it is hard to lead a healthy life in the city. As well as there are so many advantages in the village life.
Mainly the people of the village live in unity and peace. The villagers earn money very hard and earn money enough for live. So they live less competition with each other. So they can reach a good position. They have more friends in the community since it is small. The village people always try to protect their traditional habits and culture. The village has clean air and the environment is very beautiful. The village has less noise and rush. So the pollution is less. The village has not lot of vehicles. So roads are less dangerous for driving cycling. They can get fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. The environment of the village is pleasant and silent and it has scenic beauty.
The village has not only good points, but also it has bad points. The village has intelligent people. But many people are not educated. Villager’s children go to the village’s school. They are not go to the city’s school. They have difficult to keep up with new developments in their field or profession. Same day villagers live same place. Village people have to face many difficulties for their lives , like traveling problems. They have to go to the city for supply their needs.
